Tekhype does not operate betting systems, wagering mechanisms, or chance-based reward models.
Access to the platform is restricted to eligible participants who meet the published participation criteria, including age and subscription requirements.
All access events, content interactions, and scoring actions are logged to ensure accountability, auditability, and compliance with platform rules.
Participant data is processed solely for the purposes of authentication, learning participation, scoring validation, and reward administration.
Tekhype and MTN Ghana operate within clearly defined operational boundaries, with no commingling of billing systems and reward decision logic.
