Compliance Commitment Governance, Responsibility, and Regulatory Cooperation

1. Commitment to Transparency

Tekhype is committed to operating the Tekhype Heritage Learning Challenge in a transparent and accountable manner.

All competition rules, scoring mechanisms, eligibility requirements, and reward conditions are clearly defined, publicly accessible, and consistently applied across all participants.

2. Fair Participation Principles

The platform enforces fair participation conditions for all users, regardless of geographic location, device type, or participation history.

Winner rotation rules, eligibility checks, and score verification mechanisms are implemented to prevent dominance by repeat winners and to encourage broad and inclusive participation.

3. Responsible & Age-Appropriate Engagement

The Tekhype Heritage Learning Challenge is designed for responsible digital engagement and educational enrichment.

Participation is restricted to users who meet published age and eligibility requirements. Content is curated to be culturally respectful, educationally appropriate, and aligned with national values.

4. Regulatory Cooperation & Audit Readiness

Tekhype commits to full cooperation with all relevant regulatory authorities, including the provision of documentation, system explanations, and participation records upon request.

Scoring logs, ranking records, access logs, and reward allocation data are maintained in auditable formats to support regulatory review and verification.

5. Ongoing Compliance Review

Tekhype recognises that regulatory requirements may evolve over time and commits to ongoing review of platform operations to ensure continued compliance.

Where necessary, platform rules, processes, or technical controls will be updated in consultation with relevant stakeholders and authorities.

6. Documentation & Annexes

Detailed regulatory clarifications, technical explanations, and supporting materials are provided in Annex A and related documentation submitted separately where required.
